This enhanced feature allows you to access and manage your health information conveniently. Once logged into the Client Portal, you gain access to a suite of powerful tools, designed to make managing your healthcare journey seamless and convenient.

Here is a summary of the Client Portal:
When you first log in, you will see a Dashboard Screen which displays which Advocacy Products you have purchased and the number of people on your plan.
On the main Client View, you can Edit profile, Buy More Advocacy Time and Add More People (family/dependents) to your Plan.
The Edit Profile Page has 5 tabs - Information, Membership, Billing, Files and ID. The screen above show your profile/contact information which you can change anytime.
Billing Information: Card on file will show last 4 digits with expiration date (Updated Card needs to be on profile in order to add advocacy time to case).
Add Card to Profile Click "Credit/Debit Card".
Click the Case Tab on the lefthand toolbar to access a number of options:

Time Collector is Time Left on your case. Will display as green, yellow or red depending on how much remains on the case.

The advocate name and contact information is also on the case.

You can also the edit profile information

Send Note to your Advocate team by using "@" sign and select what advocate you need to send a note too. This will send them an email notification that you sent them a note to view and respond as needed.
But More Advocacy Time. After purchasing on the portal, the Advocacy Time will automatically be added to your case.
*A Payment Card must be on file to be able to purchase*
You can add more people to your plan by entering their information on this screen.
Click the time clock that is green, yellow, or red on your View Case. This will open your Time log which displays how much Advocacy Time you have left on each Advocate you are working with.
